This is a sincere "Thank You" for Phil Burke, without whose help I would not have been able to complete the 2010 Virgin London Marathon.
With 5 weeks to go before the big day, I had an acute recurrence of a back problem & could barely walk, let alone run. With Phil's help, I was back training within 7 days, & was on the start line for the marathon, fit & well. 26.2 miles later, I had sore legs but no hint of back pain!
